Storage is one of my top priorities when making design decisions for any space – and the bathroom is no exception. Ample bathroom storage is great for keeping things like makeup and other toiletries off of the countertops and also means you won’t require a medicine cabinet.
These gorgeous ensuites provide a ton of great inspo with both open and closed storage. White oak is such a popular choice right now for cabinetry and so I wanted to show how this could be balanced in a large bathroom in a number of different design styles.
Warm Industrial Feel
I like to say that this ensuite has a warm “industrial” feel because the grey tile gives me all the vibes of concrete. The warmth comes from the wood and the white quartz countertops. This vanity doesn’t appear to offer a ton of storage but it has three panel drawers and a shelf beneath for towels. The tower in between the mirrors/sinks is a great spot to display pretty perfume bottles or seashells in a jar from a trip full of fond memories.

Open Cabinetry & Visible Plumbing
This ensuite feels a bit basic but that’s what makes it so special. I love the low-profile vessel sinks, the shelf beneath the mirror. The open shelving beneath the sinks with the exposed plumbing isn’t for everyone but it’s definitely a design option to consider.

Farmhouse Feel
I wanted to feature this ensuite because of the grey tones in the cabinetry, the soft greys in the wall tile and classic vessel sinks. I love that they used kitchen faucets here, too! That’s something a bit unexpected in a bathroom.

Counter Space For Days!
This might be one of my favorite ensuites of all time. I love the pendant lighting, the under cabinet lighting and large windows for (you guessed it) natural light! I love the warm tones of the tile and how modern the floating cabinetry feels. I’m not sure there is anything about this bathroom that I don’t love.

Whitewashed & More White
This is a more white-washed white oak vanity, but it’s still gorgeous. I love the interesting handles on the front of the beveled flat panels and that the gorgeous veining in the counter tops really gets to shine.

High Contrast Style
I love the contrast of this floor tile SO much – it’s such a fun play on traditional patterns. I love that this vanity has the perfect mix of open and closed storage – just enough space to show off a few gorgeous textured bath sheets.
